Language

English will be the official language.
Abstracts should be submitted in English only.

Certificate of Attendance

The certificate of attendance will be given to all attending delegates at the beginning of the Conference.
No certificate will be issued after the Congress.

Registration

The presentation of the scientific contribution is subject to the payment of the registration fee.

Visas and Passport

A valid passport or internationally recognized travel document might be required.
For special VISA requirements, the Organizing Secretariat  will issue a letter of invitation of the Congress upon request.

Insurance

The Organizing Secretariat and the Scientific Committee do not accept any liability for personal injuries sustained or loss, or damage to, property belonging to congress participants (or their accompanying persons), either during or as a result of the congress. Participants are requested to make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance. Members of the European Union are advised to issue in their Country the health insurance form E111. Italian law is applicable.
